Infusion Therapy

Intravenous (IV) administration of medications and nutrition is an important aspect in the treatment of arthritis, cancer, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis.

Outpatient Infusion therapy is provided at Washakie Medical by a team of highly skilled professionals including nurses, physicians and pharmacists.

Services include:

  • Blood and platelet transfusions
  • Central line and catheter care

  • Dressing changes
  • Hydration and electrolyte replacement

To minimize travel for patients from Worland and surrounding area,   our nurses will coordinate treatment for patients under the care of specialists from other health care facilities.
