Washakie Medical Center offers a variety of classes and support groups, including those for prenatal care, childbirth and breastfeeding.

Our Wellness Center offers wellness, nutritional and fitness services to promote lifelong fitness and health along with emotional, intellectual and social well-being.

In addition, we provide a Lifestyle Maintenance Exercise program that is medically supervised with an emphasis on exercise and education. Individualized sessions, using state-of-the-art equipment, are monitored to ensure participant’s safety and sense of comfort.
