Enrollment must be completed no later than 31 days from your date of hire. Instructions on how to enroll for benefits are included in the summary guide.
- In order to have your coverage start on the first day you come to work, you must enroll for benefits between June 20 to June 30.
- If you complete your enrollment between July 1 – July 20, your coverage will be effective July 1.
- If your date of hire is after July 1, your coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire.
- Enrollment begins on June 20. No early enrollment is available.

- Banner Select 250 and Banner Select 500 are not available to House staff.
