Application Instructions

Residency candidates must directly submit the following documents through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PHORCAS):

• Letter of Intent
• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Curriculum Vitae
• Official Copy of Transcripts
• Match Registration

Application Deadline: Jan. 5

Interview Requirements and Scheduling

• An on-site interview is required
• Application materials must be received prior to candidate interview(s)
• Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an on-site interview
