 -Fruits
 -Vegetables
 -Meat
 -Protein sources
 -Calcium rich foods 

Audio:  “…fruits, vegetables, meat, protein sources, calcium-rich foods. It’s just important to have a variety of food. You shouldn’t try to limit yourself to any one particular food, but making sure that  you’re getting the appropriate daily servings everyday.”
