Veggie Burger Wrap

 
  • 3 patties veggie burgers diced
  • 3 small tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups shredded dark green lettuce
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 medium lowfat tortillas warmed
  • light ketchup
  1. Heat diced veggie burgers in microwave and combine with vegetables in small bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture between 4 tortillas, dot with ketchup and roll up.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: 1 wrap
