Veggie Burger Wrap
- 3 patties veggie burgers diced
- 3 small tomatoes diced
- 2 cups shredded dark green lettuce
- 1 cup diced onion
- 4 medium lowfat tortillas warmed
- light ketchup
- Heat diced veggie burgers in microwave and combine with vegetables in small bowl.
- Divide the mixture between 4 tortillas, dot with ketchup and roll up.
Makes 4 servings. Serving size: 1 wrap
