Apple Salad

 
  • 3 cups apples diced
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pecans coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  1. Toss diced apples in lemon juice.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours before serving.
  3. Garnish with greens.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: ¾ cup
