Apple Salad
- 3 cups apples diced
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup raisins
- ¼ cup pecans coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Toss diced apples in lemon juice.
- Combine remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with greens.
Makes 4 servings. Serving size: ¾ cup
