Chopped Salad
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup cooked garbanzos drained and rinsed
- 1 cup each: shredded romaine lettuce and shredded cabbage
- 1 orange diced
- 2 green onions sliced
- ½ cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup diced ripe tomato
- Toss all ingredients together.
Serves 4. Serving size: 1.5 cups
