 Hi-Phy Fruit Salad

 
  • 16 oz can sliced peaches in juice
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 3 Tbsp sliced almonds 
  1. Pour the peaches and their juice into a serving bowl.
  2. Cut the mango into cubes. Add the blueberries and grapes. Mix the fruit well.
  3. Top the fruit salad with the sliced almonds or top individual portions with 2 teaspoons of sliced almonds.

Makes 6 servings. Serving size: ¾ cup
