Hi-Phy Fruit Salad
- 16 oz can sliced peaches in juice
- 1 Mango
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 3 Tbsp sliced almonds
- Pour the peaches and their juice into a serving bowl.
- Cut the mango into cubes. Add the blueberries and grapes. Mix the fruit well.
- Top the fruit salad with the sliced almonds or top individual portions with 2 teaspoons of sliced almonds.
Makes 6 servings. Serving size: ¾ cup
