Summer Pasta Salad
- ½ cup oil-free Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 3 cups assorted chopped vegetables
- 4 cups romaine lettuce washed and dried
- Pour dressing over macaroni and vegetables.
- Marinate several hours.
- Serve over romaine lettuce.
