Summer Pasta Salad

 
  • ½ cup oil-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 3 cups assorted chopped vegetables
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce washed and dried
  1. Pour dressing over macaroni and vegetables.
  2. Marinate several hours.
  3. Serve over romaine lettuce.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: 2 cups
