100% Fruit Syrup

 

1 cup undiluted juice concentrate
2 cup fresh or frozen fruit 

Combine juice concentrate with fruit in a microwaveable container.

Microwave on high until fruit is very tender, usually about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir well and allow to sit for 5 minutes. May be pureed or left chunky.

Serve warm or chill for future use. Almost any kind of fruit can be used to make this syrup. For example, try peaches, apples, blue-berries, cherries, or a combination of any of these.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: ½ cup
