Cantaloupe Yogurt Pop

 
  • ½ cantaloupe peeled & diced
  • 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze until solid, about 3-4 hours. Unmold & serve. If you don't have a popsicle mold, pour mixture into 4 small paper cups and freeze for an hour. Add sticks and freeze until solid. Peel off before serving.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: 7 oz.
