Do your kids have health insurance?
If not, they may be eligible for KidsCare, Arizona’s children’s health insurance program.
More than 250,000 Arizona children – or 3,500 school busloads of children -- lack health insurance. The good news is 130,000 of these children are eligible for KidsCare.
KidsCare offers medical and dental insurance coverage for children for at little as $10 a month for one child or no more than $35 a month for multiple children. The program offers coverage to uninsured children up to age 18 years old who live in Arizona and are U.S. citizens or eligible qualified immigrants. Additionally, there are income guidelines that determine eligibility and cost. Families who qualify for the Arizona Medicaid program, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, do not pay a premium.
