Roy Yaari, MD, MAS, Neurologist Dr. Yaari is a board-certified neurologist who has additional training in a geriatric neurology fellowship as well as a Master of Advanced Studies in Clinical Research. Adam S. Fleischer, MD, M.A.S., Associate Director of Brain Imaging Dr. Fleischer is a geriatric neurologist practicing in the Memory Disorders Clinic at Banner Alzheimer's Institute. He obtained his general neurology training at Johns Hopkins Hospital, then completed a clinical and research dementia fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, as well as a Master's degree in clinical research. He is an expert in the field of imaging for studying the earliest evidence of Alzheimer's pathology in the brain, and is well published in the fields of dementia clinical trials and imaging. |

Anna Burke, MD Geriatric Psychiatrist, Dementia Specialist Dr. Burke has worked extensively with patients and families suffering with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Her area of expertise includes diagnosis and treatment of dementia, as well as treatment of associated behavioral and psychiatric disturbances.

James Seward, PhD, ABPP Dr. Seward is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who has worked extensively with people diagnosed with a variety of neurological conditions, including dementia-related problems and strokes. She works in the Memory Disorders Clinic at Banner Alzheimer's Institute with patients and families to address a variety of non-medical needs ranging from strategies for successful daily living to planning for the future. She has experience working in the acute care hospital setting and for the Social Security system. |

Susy Favaro, MSW Social Worker Susy is a social worker in the Memory Disorders Clinic at Banner Alzheimer’s Institute providing counseling, educational, support and referral services to meet client and caregiver needs. The focus of her work has been in the training and use of evidence-based programs in self management of chronic conditions for older adults and unpaid family caregivers. |

Filmer Lalio, Native American Community Outreach Coordinator Filmer coordinates the Native American Program in Family & Community Services. He is responsible for providing Alzheimer’s and Dementia education and awareness campaign to the 22 Arizona Native American Tribes and Urban Indian Community organizations. He is involved with collaborating and coordinating culturally appropriate workshops and presentations for the Native community. |
