Banner Alzheimer's Institute understands that dementia and memory loss affect the entire family. We offer ways to learn about Alzheimer's and cope with the diagnosis throughout metropolitan Phoenix.
Support Groups: Monthly support group meets at Banner Alzheimer's Institute.
Classes:
- MAPS Program for Caregivers: Six-hour class with information about dementia and caregiving strategies. Cost: $50
- COMPASS Program for Caregivers: 90-minute class with information about dementia and caregiving strategies. Free
- FINDING Help for Caregivers: 90-minute class with information about the importance of legal, financial, and medical decisions for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias. Free.
