Banner Health Centers host heart health events
PHOENIX (Feb. 7, 2014) – Banner Health is committed to helping prevent the nation’s number one killer – cardiovascular disease - as it launches a nearly two-month long series of events and a webinar devoted to both education and getting our communities out and moving. Activities begin in February which is American Heart Month.
Banner Health Centers host annual Day of Dance
PHOENIX (Feb. 5, 2014) – Tango, two-step or hip-hop—all are good for heart health and will be the beat of the day at the annual “Day of Dance” for heart health from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Banner Health Centers in Surprise, Gilbert and Maricopa.

FLORENCE, Ariz. (Oct. 7, 2013) – Banner Health is proud to soon be offering primary care to the Town of Florence with its new Banner Health Clinic in Merrill Ranch. The community is invited to see the new facility on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 to 11 a.m.
Banner Concussion Center encouraging baseline testing for all student athletes
PHOENIX (Aug. 5, 2013) – With fall sports season starting, Banner Concussion Center experts are encouraging athletes to get baseline concussion testing and asking schools to adopt a concussion policy that includes baseline neurocognitive testing for all athletes to ensure proper treatment and rehabilitation should they get injured.
Preview the new Banner Health Center offering primary care in Chandler
CHANDLER, Ariz. (July 17, 2013) – East Valley residents and visitors can be among the first to see the new Banner Health Center at a free “Community Preview” from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3, at the center located at 1435 S. Alma Road, south of the Loop 202 between West Pecos and West Germann Roads.
Banner Health Center in Surprise opens Oct.8
SURPRISE, Ariz. (Oct. 8, 2012) - A new Banner Health Center opened at Litchfield Road, just South of Bell Road, on Monday, Oct. 8. The Center begins with a pediatrician, a family practitioner, three OB/GYNs and a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health.
PAGE, Ariz. (Aug. 15, 2012) – A new Banner Health Clinic is scheduled to open Monday, Sept.10 on the Page Hospital campus including the region’s only pediatric specialty care practice.
