Banner Health accepts most major insurances. If you have any questions about coverage, please contact your insurer prior to scheduling an appointment to confirm your physician's participation with your plan.

Patients are asked to pay their insurance co-payment at the time of their visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as personal checks or cash. Any outstanding balance is due within 30 days.
