Banner Health Clinic, specializing in Family Medicine, is staffed by two board-certified family medicine physicians who provide full-scale care for the entire family—infants to seniors. Our family physicians are experienced in a wide range of family healthcare needs and are here to help you maintain the healthiest lifestyle possible. This includes preventative annual health exams, acute injury and illness treatment and chronic disease management for conditions such as heart disease and asthma. Other services include:

We use an electronic medical record, which means less time spent on paperwork and more time spent caring for our patients. Located in south Fort Collins, the office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Same-day appointments are available.
