Scheduling an Appointment

You can make an appointment by calling our offices during weekday hours.

Please schedule your appointments several days in advance for routine care, immunizations and physicals. Monday mornings are our busiest times. If you call and get a busy signal, and it isn't an emergency (see shaded box below), please try again at a later time.

Please have your insurance card(s) and information available when you call. Inform us of the reason for your visit. A triage nurse may assess the nature of your illness. If you have medical records from your previous or referring physician, please have them sent to our office or bring them when you come in for your appointment.

If you can't keep your scheduled appointment, please inform us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. There may be a charge for appointments that are missed or not cancelled in advance. As a consideration to others, please be on time for your appointment.

What To Do In An Emergency

A medical emergency is the sudden, unexpected onset of a serious condition or illness. For example:

  • Chest pain
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • A severe injury or illness
  • Loss of consciousness
  • A sudden change in mental status (as when you feel disoriented)

If you are not sure you that have an emergency, please call our regular office number, day or night. After office hours, our telephone system will transfer your call to the physician on call.

For a life-threatening emergency, DIAL 911
