Every year in the United States over 392,000 people die from tobacco-caused disease, making it the leading cause of preventable death. Smoking and tobacco cessation is the process of discontinuing tobacco smoking. Smoking and tobacco cessation is the single most important step a tobacco user can take to improve the length and quality of his or her life.
Our certified Health Coaches help you to assess where you are and where you want to be. We incorporate topics such as stress management, exercise, dietary intake, health maintenance, and disease prevention strategies so that you can work towards a regular practice of healthful behaviors. Health coaching can be done over the phone or in person.
