LAP-BAND, REALIZE Band & Gastric Bypass Information Sessions

Our info sessions offer you the opportunity to meet Dr. Johnell and members of the bariatric team. You will watch a short slide presentation and have the opportunity to ask questions about the weight-loss procedures. To request a DVD of one of our information sessions, please contact our office at (866) 569-5926.

"LAP-BAND, REALIZE Band & Gastric Bypass" information sessions are held biweekly by Dr. Johnell during the lunch hour at either our Greeley or Lafayette offices. Seating is limited, so please call in advance. Snacks and refreshments are served.
