Support Programs

• Support Group
  (Public Welcome)
  General Support Group meetings are held monthly at both North Colorado Medical Center, and at our Lafayette office. Support Groups are open to all bariatric patients in the community. Patients are invited to bring family members and friends. Individuals who are interested in having weight loss surgery are also welcome to attend.
  
  
• Aftercare Program
  (For Dr. Johnell's patients only)
  A variety of free classes are offered to our post-operative patients on a monthly basis.  Whenever possible, clinic visits are scheduled before aftercare classes, so patients may enjoy the convenience of making fewer trips to the office.
  
  
• Pre-Op Weight Loss Class
  (For Dr. Johnell's patients only)
  Monthly classes to assist  patients with pre-operative weight loss requirements are offered to all of our patients at no additional cost.

All support group meetings, pre-operative and post-operative classes are led by licensed medical professionals from our Bariatric Team.
