The Banner Health Continuing Medical Education (CME) Office respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of personal information you share when participating in online CME activities.

As part of the CME activity, you may be required to complete a test and/or evaluation questionnaire.  Your responses will not be shared; however, they can be accessed by the activity director and Banner CME staff.  Evaluation data is used to assess the educational value of the activity and make improvements to the overall CME program.  Aggregate reports based on evaluation data will not include identifiable personal information.  For additional information, refer to the  Banner Health Terms of Use Agreement.
