Annual Physical Examination With school just around the corner, so are extracurricular sporting activities. Annual physical examinations are a covered benefit under any of Banner’s medical plans. Scheduling your children’s regular annual physicals in the late summer or early fall will help meet your child’s school’s requirements. |

Dental Examination Regular preventive dental examinations helps decrease problems and promote healthy teeth and gums. All three of Banner’s dental plans place a strong emphasis on prevention. |

Vision Examination Make sure you and your children can read things both near and far this school year. If you and your family members are enrolled in Banner Health’s Vision Service Plan (VSP), be sure to take advantage of your annual coverage for eye exams. Your VSP plan covers one eye exam every 12 months. |
