To assist you and your family members in resolving personal or work-related issues, Banner Health provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
How EAP benefits work
EAP is a confidential service provided through Cigna Behavioral Health available to you 24/7. Specific information about their services can be obtained from your manager, People Resource Office,online at Cigna Behavioral Health (CBH) or by calling CBH at 1-800-633-5954.
Who is eligible
EAP is available to you and your family members regardless of length of service, employee status or employee classification. You and each member of your family are eligible for up to six (6) face-to-face visits visits per incident per year by a qualified counselor at no cost to you. This service also provides referral services to professionals all throughout your community.
