Enrollment

You can enroll in or make changes to your coverage elections for medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment and the Hyatt Legal plans during:

• Your initial eligibility period
• The Annual Enrollment period
• A qualifying event.

You may view the premiums within the enrollment system. 

You may enroll in Banner's retirement plans and voluntary benefits through the vendors for those plans. You are allowed to enroll for these plans at any time during the year.
