At Banner Health, we offer a variety of work status options, pay programs and benefit plans as part of your Journey with Banner.

Some benefits are targeted to regular full-time and regular part-time employees, but other benefits are available to a wider range of employees.

While some benefits are automatically assigned to you by Banner Health based on your employment status, many benefits, including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision, require you to enroll within a specific period of time. You may also be able to make changes to your benefits elections within certain timeframes.
