Enrollment

While some benefits are automatically assigned to you by Banner Health based on your employment status, many benefits, including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental and Vision, require you to enroll within a specific period of time. You may also be able to make changes to your benefits elections within certain timeframes.

It is very important to complete your enrollment within the given time period. If you miss your enrollment window, you may need to wait until the next Annual Enrollment period in order to participate in some plans.
