Managing Your Account is Easy
Information about your account is just a mouse click or a phone call away. Through the Fidelity website and the automated phone service (800) 343-0860, you can obtain account information and initiate most transactions when it is convenient for you:
- Enroll or change your retirement elections
- Check the balance in your account(s)
- Check the performance of your funds
- Change your investment fund mix
- Make rollover contributions from your previous employer's plan to the Banner Health 401(k) by calling (800) 343-0860
- Request a loan or hardship withdrawal
- Request a beneficiary change form
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
The first time you contact Fidelity either by the phone or on the internet, you must select your own personal identification number (PIN) to ensure account privacy. If you forget your number, you can establish a new PIN by calling Fidelity (800) 343-0860, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CST, or by resetting it online. Your PIN will provide secure access to your account via the automated telephone service and fidelity.com/atwork. Once your PIN is set up, you will be asked to enter it at the beginning of all future calls and when you log on to the Fidelity website.
Internet Account Access
On the Fidelity website, you can view your account balances, make exchanges between investment options, change future contribution mixes, track your contributions, and review fund information. You also have access to Fidelity PortfolioPlanner, an interactive educational tool to help you make investment decisions.
Automated Phone Service
Through Fidelity's toll-free telephone service, you can manage your account over the phone virtually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can personalize an automated menu to quickly access the information you check regularly, such as account balances and fund prices.

Fidelity Retirement Services Specialists will explain the investment options available to you, provide you with information to help you determine an appropriate investment strategy to help you reach your retirement goals, and answer most questions about the plan.
