Supporting Our Staff
To help employees experiencing a personal financial crisis, Banner established the Supporting our Staff, or SOS, program.
The SOS program provides financial support for employees facing a financial hardship and is built on the foundation of employees helping other employees by making a gift to the SOS fund. The program is available systemwide, with the exception of McKee Medical Center, which offers a similar program called McKee Cares.
To be eligible, employees must be full- or part-time and must have 12 months of service with Banner and show documentation of financial hardship. For more details about the program, visit the employee website, keyword search: SOS.
