Long-Term Disability

The Long-Term Disability Plan provides 60 percent (60%) of your base earnings. The benefit is reduced by certain offsets such as primary Social Security benefits. Benefits begin after applicable Short-Term Disability and Paid Time Off has been paid. If you are on Workers’ Compensation, benefits begin after you have been off work 182 days plus any applicable Paid Time Off days.
