A serious medical condition can impact your ability to work and result in a loss of income. In addition to our Paid Time Off (PTO) plan, Banner provides eligible employees with partial income replacement during periods of disability through our Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plans. If you are eligible, Banner automatically enrolls you in these plans at no cost to you.
