For the Choice Plus and Select medical plans and dental plans, Banner Health Plans (BHP) website was developed to help you and your covered dependents manage plan benefits.
We can help you with:
- Ordering new dental or Choice Plus or Select medical cards
- Viewing the status of your claims
- Performing a provider search
Once on the Banner Health Plans website, you’ll need to create a secure Member Account to see claim information for you and your covered dependents’ who are under eighteen years of age.
To ensure the privacy required by federal law, your covered dependents who are eighteen years old or older must create their own Member Accounts.
You will need your Member ID number (located on your medical/dental ID card) in order to create your secured account. If you do not have your Member ID number or have additional questions, please contact the Service Center at Banner Plan Administration.
