The Dental Plans provide benefits for you and your eligible dependents for covered dental care expenses. Enrollment is required before coverage begins.
What are the Choices for Coverage?
Banner offers you the following choices for dental coverage:
- Preventive Dental Plan
- Comprehensive Dental Plan
- Enhanced Dental Plan
- Waive Coverage

Cost Savings
Banner Health Dental Plans offers members in Arizona and Colorado access to a dental network ("Total Dental Administrators" or "TDA"), which may offer significant savings for dental services. If you prefer to stay with your established dentist who is not participating with TDA, your benefits will remain the same. However, if you choose to obtain care from a TDA dentist, you will receive additional benefits. TDA has contracted dental providers in Colorado, Arizona and Utah. We anticipate being able to offer similar dental network options in other states in the future.
