Banner Health’s Human Resources (HR) team is transforming to improve our ability to support you. In a large and growing organization like ours, sometimes you aren’t sure where to go or who to contact for answers to your HR questions. MyHR can help.
What is MyHR?
MyHR is an online service available every day to provide you with timely HR assistance. It includes key information about your Banner benefits, and you’ll be able to access some great new tools to help you compare benefit plans and calculate costs so you can make the best choices for you and your family. To access the tools, click on the “Medical Cost Calculator” link on the front page of MyHR, or click on the “Compare To” option when you are reviewing a medical, dental or vision plan.
In 2015, we’ll be adding other types of Human Resources information to MyHR – stay tuned! In the meantime, we’ve provided links on the MyHR tab on the employee website to help make it easier for you to find the answers you need.
How do I access MyHR?
MyHR is linked to Employee Manager Self Service (EMSS) and is accessible from non-Banner Health computers using most Internet browsers including Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer. Home computers are not supported by Banner Health technical staff.
