MyHR provides you with key HR information, including:
- Benefits information, including time off and leave plans, and tools to compare plans and calculate costs
- Information about learning and development, your career and your pay
- Forms for HR-related processes
- Policy at a Glance summaries of key HR policies
- Process maps for key HR processes, such as Short Term Disability
- Other content specific to your role and work location
- My HR Enhancements video, to help you customize your screen, bookmark favorites and quickly locate the information you need.

MyHR is linked to Employee Manager Self Service (EMSS) and is accessible from your work computer using the links on the MyHR tab and the front page of the employee website.
You can also access MyHR from non-Banner Health computers using most Internet browsers including Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer. Home computers are not supported by Banner Health technical staff.
MyHR can be accessed from tablets and mobile cell phones in the desktop format. A mobile friendly version of MyHR is under development.
