On the morning of April 16, my sister and I brought our 91-year-old mother into the Emergency Dept.of Banner Del Webb Medical Center with severe pain in her left side.
From the moment we arrived we were treated very professionally and with the genuine care.
From reception to nurses we couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Dr. Landon, the attending physician, was thorough, compassionate and kind, qualities often overlooked by many who deal with the elderly.
Today I received a phone call from Dr. Landon...a follow-up call to check on Mom's well being!
Once again, a pleasant reminder of the excellent care we experienced that day. We want to Thank all of the Emergency Room Staff for doing their jobs so well!
