I was on my way to work on March 14, 2011, when I lost peripheral vision on the left eye. I went to the Emergency Room at Banner Lassen Medical Center and was immediately assisted by Mary who exhibited an extremely caring demeanor, asked pertinent questions and got me back to the emergency room quickly.
Mary came back to check on me several times and when lunch time arrived and I was awaiting test results, she made sure I had something to eat. She was absolutely wonderful!
The entire emergency room staff, as well as the nurses, technicians and doctor, were professional and caring. I was impressed with the way this emergency department is run and I would like to thank everyone who attended to me.
