I am the medical power of attorney for my mother who has been in the hospital since May 9, 2008.

She suffered a myocardial infraction and was placed on 101 A at Banner Good Samaritan.  It was there that she has a nurse named Lance.

He was able to make her feel safe and secure during a very scary time. He was able to explain to her many times what was going on what was going to happen and why. He took the time to make sure that she had her needs met and that all of her questions were answered. He followed up with all that he said he would do.

I would like to thank him for a job well done and his excellent skills as a nurse as well as his ability to comfort my mother and the family. He is excellent.
