This was a first-time hospital experience. Hospitals make me nervous but my experience at Banner Estrella Medical Center was excellent.
I was immediately at ease with the doctors and nurses due to their professional, informative, and very honest caring demeanor. My care and diagnosis were performed with true concern and proficiency.
Special thanks to my nurses Lee and Susy on third floor, Dr. Salehi, Dr. Sofof, and all my doctors!
Also special thanks to the Emergency room staff for their promptness and concern. Had we been at a local home hospital we would have been there for at least a day waiting for care and admissions
