We were seen at Banner Thunderbird in the new pediatric ER.

My 10-year-old son was very nervous about receiving stitches in his arm. The nurses were great! They applied a new numbing gel to his arm and gave his arm time to numb.

The ER doctor- Dr Ruby (I believe was her name) was amazing. She answered my son's ten million questions with patience and caring.

She explained everything she did and took the time to ease his worries. I was very impressed with her. I will definitely recommend Banner Thunderbird Pediatric ER to others!
