On Sept. 21, I was admitted to Banner Baywood Medical Center for needle localization and a surgical biopsy. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that the pre-op nurses and staff exercised.
When I arrived at 6 a.m. they had everything ready, right down to the booties to keep my feet warm. There was no question what I was there for, who my doctor was, who the anesthesiologist was and the nurse in attendance.
Everyone was very kind, helpful, and I was comfortable that everyone knew what was going on and what time it would happen. Banner Baywood runs a tight ship!! Please accept my sincerest congratulations on a job well done. Thank you
