Melissa's Story

I was delivering my second child and was very nervous. I had been through a horrible ordeal with my first child.

I delivered my daughter at Banner Desert Medical Center (my OB/GYN recommended them). I got a wonderful room and amazing nurses!!! They continually checked on me and made me feel so comfortable. 

When I delivered, they turned into SUPER NURSES running around to make sure everything was perfect for me and my daughter. They made sure that my daughter stayed with me at all times, showed concern for her on their frequent visits and consistently checked our tags to make sure she was with the right parents.

When it came time for us to leave they even had a mandatory "Baby Course" to teach parents proper care and things to expect when they bring their babies home (I wish I had that my first time around). 

When it came time to come back to our room, we picked up our daughter from the nursery and they checked our tags and safely returned her back to us.

I will always promote Banner Desert Medical Center to everyone I know and I will be returning there again for my next delivery. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff and service!!!!
