Dr. Chang earned his doctorate degrees in electrical engineering and medicine from and completed his internship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign. He then completed his diagnostic radiology residency and body imaging fellowship at the Stanford University Medical Center.
Board certified in radiology, Dr. Chang has a special interest in advanced magnetic resonance and computerized tomography imaging techniques.
