Dr. Homsi earned his degree at the University of Damascus Medical School in Syria and completed an internal medicine residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
He completed a research fellowship in medical oncology-palliative medicine at Cleveland Clinic and a hematology/medical oncology fellowship at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He was an assistant professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston before joining Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center.
A board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, Dr. Homsi specializes in melanoma, sarcoma, kidney cancer, immunotherapy,and symptom management.
