Profile:

A graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kimberly Rieniets DO, served as a U.S. Army physician and Chief of Endocrinology at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Rieniets is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She did her internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

She specializes in ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) thyroid biopsy, diabetes care, insulin pump management, head trauma associated pituitary disease, metabolic bone disease and general clinical endocrinology.


Interests and Activities:
Dr. Rieniets is a dedicated student of Yoga. She is also an amateur musician who enjoys performing on the piano; she also enjoys the outdoors and likes spending time hiking, biking or gardening. She is also a world traveler who likes to experience new places.
