Dr. O’Neal practices the full range of obstetric and gynecologic care. He believes in clear patient communication and patient education and is committed to including patients in their own healthcare decisions. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus and completed his internship and residency at the Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

A fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. O’Neal is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the North American Menopause Society and the International Society for Clinical Densitometry. He is a past chief of staff for the North Colorado Medical Center (NCMC) where he was named as the first recipient of its Nurse to Physician Award. Dr. O’Neal is a member of the Colorado OB/GYN Society, American Medical Association, Weld County Medical Society and North American Menopause Society.
