A graduate of University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Dr. Emilia Ripoll completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in the Urology department and her internship at University of Colorado School of Medicine, Division of Urology.
A board certified urologist with a fellowship in Urologic oncology from Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Ripoll’s specialties include brachytherapy, cryotherapy, and high frequency ultrasound (HIFU) treatments for prostate cancer; innovative treatments for interstitial cystitis (IC), chronic pelvic pain and other urologic chronic pain syndromes such as prostatitis, epididymitis and orchalgia.
Interests and Activities:
I love the outdoors and like hiking and skiing with my husband and 2 children. I have been involved with Namlo Internacional, a non profit organization with the mission: To help people of developing countries help themselves through education and grassroots programs, while providing an opportunity for students in the United States to learn about global issues and experience the joy of helping others.
