Education
Banner Health supports professional development and lifelong learning for our employees through a variety of programs. Banner Health has a system-wide policy to make tuition reimbursement benefits available to eligible employees at all of our facilities.
While a system-wide policy will assure this benefit is offered at every facility using consistent eligibility criteria, Banner Health recognizes that funding levels for tuition reimbursement must be competitive in each facility's geographic market but not cost-prohibitive for the facility's fiscal health.
The funding level for Fairbanks facilities is $3,000 for eligible full time employees and $2,000 for eligible part time employees.
The funding level for Soldotna facilities is $1,000 for eligible full time employees and $500 for eligible part time employees.
Please refer to the complete Corporate Policy for Tuition Reimbursement for exact verbiage and greater detail.
