Banner Thunderbird continues Heart Health lecture series
GLENDALE, Ariz. (Nov. 28, 2012) - Banner Thunderbird continues its Heart Health community lecture series 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 with a session entitled “Access Your Community: Local Resources for People with Medical Needs.”
Licensed Social Worker Rebecca Hansen will discuss services that could lower costs for those with needs, such as transportation, medications, food and meals, household help and more.
The Heart Health community lecture series is free and open to the public, and will be held in Conference Room 6 on the lower level of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, 5555 W. Thunderbird Road, Glendale. Call 602-230-2273 (230-CARE) to reserve your seat. Registration is not required, but recommended.
